Who is responsible

What we collect on this website

When you join the early-access list we store your email address, the role you chose (owner-pilot or co-owner, pilot without an aircraft, flight school or club), the aircraft type and avionics if you gave them, the language of the page, which button you used to open the form, and the time you agreed to this notice.

We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. To stop abuse, the server counts requests per IP address in memory for a few minutes; this count is not saved.

Like any web server, ours writes access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for [PLACEHOLDER: log retention period] and then deleted.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Your theme choice (dark or light) is kept in your own browser’s local storage.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use these details only to invite you to early access and to understand who is interested (for example, how many owners and how many pilots). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it
