Your avionics already recorded the flight

ChockOps turns the log your avionics or engine monitor wrote into the techlog row, the logbook entry and the maintenance counters. It reads what your other apps export, writes what they import, and will open an API so the systems around your aircraft can talk to each other. Here is the exact list, with status.

Garmin G1000 NXi

Live

Drop the SD-card data log (1 Hz, several MB; streamed). A state machine with hysteresis detects engine on and off from RPM, block off and on from ground speed, take-off from airspeed and climb, landing from airspeed, and touch-and-goes. One file with several legs gives several proposed rows. Airports come from the nearest aerodrome within 3 NM. Fuel used is integrated from fuel flow, with the tank difference as the cross-check. Engine-run minutes are extracted.

A diff view compares the file with what you typed before you approve. The raw file is archived; the track is kept for the map. Files arriving by email or bulk ingest are recognised by their header and parsed without any AI call.

Track files

Live

GPX, KML (ForeFlight “KML (Full)” gx:Track, Flightradar24 KML, LineString with TimeSpan) and CSV tracks become estimated logbook drafts. Legs are matched to existing entries so nothing doubles. Helicopter thresholds are separate. Today these feed the pilot logbook; feeding the techlog from a track is on the roadmap.
